Bend Urology's Dash for Dads
Make Father’s Day extra special this year by participating in the second annual Dash For Dads Run for Prostate Cancer Awareness. Run with your father or your grandfather, bring your friends and run in honor of those you know who have fought prostate cancer.
A 5K run or 1K walk around Bend Pine Nursery, the course is fun and accessible for all – runners and walkers. This year will feature an Ugly Tie category as well, so now’s your chance to show off those ties that have been hanging in the back of the closet for decades… they want to be worn too!
There will be a post race breakfast including Deschutes Brewery beer (yes! for breakfast!). A run, ugly ties, and breakfast with beer for an important cause – a great way to honor loved ones and launch Fathers Day 2014 in style!
All race entry proceeds benefit Bend Urology’s prostate cancer research, prevention and outreach efforts through the St Charles Foundation. The race is hosted by Bend Urology.
