Oregon Senior Games
Before 2014, Oregon was one of only two states without a sanctioned State Senior Games. This event, which is presented by Humana, is officially sanctioned by the National Senior Games Association (NSGA). Athletes ages 50 and older can compete in one of the sixteen sports offered. It's a great chance to test your mettle against other seniors while enjoying a getaway to the outdoor playground of the West. Whether you're a super-competitive athlete, or just someone looking to stay active, the Oregon Senior Games is a great event to add to your bucket list.rnrnSATURDAY MAY 24 rnCycling @ Bend Don’t Brake - 8:30amrnrnEvent Website: http://www.visitbend.com/Bend_Oregon_Activities_Recreation/Oregon-Senior-Games/rnrnRegister Online: https://oregon.fusesport.com/registration/166/visitbend/rnrnSchedule of Events: http://www.visitbend.com/OSG_Schedule_2014.pdf

The King's Heralds Southern Gospel Music
Southern Gospel Ministries is a local not-for-profit, non-denominational group of volunteers who have been bringing high quality Southern Gospel music to Redmond since October 2011. Our committee greatly appreciates your community service events website and any public service announcements you may be able to provide.
The King’s Heralds were founded in 1927 and their tradition of singing has continued since that time. The quartet comes to us from Portland, Tennessee, and presents a rich blend of inspirational harmony during their concerts that are presented throughout the US and in over 50 countries. They have the distinction of being the first Christian gospel group to tour the People’s Republic of China several years ago. They have produced over 100 albums and have received twenty-three Silver Angel Awards for excellence. They have also received the Gold Angel Award for being the oldest continuous Gospel Quartet in America.
