  5:00PM 10:00PM Tyler Van Cleave Memorial Scholarship Foundation   The Tyler Van Cleave Memorial Scholarship Foundation is having a benefit at the Deschutes County Fair and Expo on June 22, 2013 starting at 5:00pm. This is a fundraiser in memory of Tyler who died with his daughter in a fatal car crash on 12-14-2011. The foundation will provide a yearly 4-H beef production animal scholarship for a Deschutes County 4-H youth. Tyler is a past 4-H member as well as his daughter.
