R.I.P. KENISON. 10-28-06

Hard to believe I've been with The TWINS for 13 years...can barely remember that far back! Ginko Biloba is now a part of my daily regimin!

As an avid road biker, you'll see me on a Schwinn Fastback Pro 20 speed (18.2lbs)! I'm riding every other day about 30-35 miles! When cold however, I endure a 1 hour high speed/gear workout indoors...time trials are fun.

 Here's an idea...try puting your cell phone away while you drive. It's amazing how many people can't function without contact from the outside world!

LaSeR LaRCeNy! Doubt I'll ever run out of albums to play...though there are some I can never play due to FCC regulations! Wanna request something...feel free! I'll do my best to get it on the air in a somewhat timely fashion...within a decade.  e-mail that request to jeff@thetwins.com!!
