A roster of American heroes who happen to live in Bend will be honored at this year’s Associated General Contractors Convention in Sunriver. The organization’s spokesman says they wanted to focus on these men who did extraordinary things during the war and became national leaders. The convention runs Thursday through Saturday in Sunriver and the Saturday event featuring the heroes is open to all.
